Is it worth taking my 3 year old there? When is the best time to go?

Well, it took us many hours to go round, I think your three year old might get bored. The final few exhibits are fairly suitable but on the whole I think 3 is too young.
Around 15 euro, if I’m not wrong. But I only went to the museum, didn’t take the panoramic lift, due to the huge line. But people say it’s worth to take the lift too.
