A member of a crew installing Christmas lights on a Missouri bank was run over by a woman enraged about the drive-thru being closed, authorities say. The St. Clair Police Department said the 41-year-old woman, Jemma Allen, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault following the Dec. 2 incident at Sullivan Bank.

A St. Clair woman, apparently angry that a portion of a bank parking lot was closed, drove her vehicle into a worker, police said.

A woman is behind bars after she allegedly struck a pedestrian during a dispute Monday morning as crews worked to install Christmas lights for a bank in Franklin County.

The woman struck an employee after he told her that the bank's drive-thru was closed while they put up decorations.
