WWE Superstar CM Punk will team up with the original Bloodline this Saturday at Survivor Series: WarGames, filling the spot of the missing fifth member for the matchup. Last week on WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman returned to television after nearly five months.

On Friday Night, CM Punk paid tribute to Paul Heyman on his return and also announced his return on WWE Smackdown so that he can join the original Bloodline's WarGames team. Both of them returned on the November 22 episode of WWE Smackdown.
