Deamonte Kendrick, the rapper known as Yak Gotti, sustained injuries on Sunday, according to his attorney, Doug Weinstein. On Monday, jurors were set to resume deliberations in the case against Kendrick and co-defendant Shannon Stillwell, who face charges related to gang activity, murder, drug offenses and firearms violations.
