An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict for first-degree murder in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife with poison.

The jury has found James Craig guilty of murder and other charges in the killing his wife in 2023 by poisoning her protein shakes.

James Craig was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2023 death of his wife, Angela Craig. Prosecutors say he served her protein shakes laced with arsenic and later poisoned her with cyanide at a hospital.
