Sean Kingston was sentenced Friday to three and a half years in prison for his role in a $1 million fraud scheme.

Last March, Kingston was convicted by a federal jury of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud.

Prosecutors said Turner and Kingston kept over $1 million in merchandise and assets without fully paying for them.
