FARGO — A high-risk sex offender has registered at 123 15th St. N. Damion Winter Orton, 30, is 5-foot-9, 155 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. In 2014, he was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Burleigh County District Court, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department. His victim was a 14-year-old girl.
