A judge has denied Blake Lively's motion for a protective order to keep her communications with Taylor Swift regarding 'It Ends With Us' out of Justin Baldoni's hands according to new documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Justin Baldoni can obtain messages between Blake Lively and Taylor Swift that relate to the filming of It Ends With Us, a court has ruled. U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman found on Wednesday that the information is relevant because Lively identified Swift as a person in her orbit who would likely have knowledge about complaints or discussions regarding the working environment on the set of the movie.
