Tua Tagovailoa can forgive, but he won’t soon forget. The Dolphins quarterback revealed Wednesday that star receiver Tyreek Hill is working to rebuild relationships with his teammates after he shockingly declared, “I’m out,” at the end of last season before walking back on the startling remarks.

While the Dolphins probably like that their quarterback has the humility to be open to preseason snaps, a major priority for the team this season is to keep Tagovailoa healthy. The six games he missed last season are arguably the biggest reason why the Dolphins didn't get back to the playoffs.

The Miami Dolphins’ most recent postseason victory came on Dec. 30, 2000. Since that win, the Dolphins have made the playoffs five times in 24 seasons, including back-to-back appearances in 2022 and 2023. But in 2024, Miami slipped to an 8-9 regular-season showing.
