According to this major college football analyst, the Tennessee Volunteers will be this SEC team's most important matchup of the 2025 season.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Lady Vols will face Stanford at the ACC/SEC Women’s Basketball Challenge in December. Tennessee will travel to Maples Pavilion to face the Cardinal Wednesday, Dec. 3. The matchup will be just one of 16 games slated over two days as the conferences clash.

Two additional kickoff times were announced for Tennessee during the 2025 regular-season. Tennessee will host UAB for a nonconference game on Sept. 20 at Neyland Stadium. Kickoff between the Vols and Blazers is slated for 12:45 p.m. EDT and will be televised by SEC Network.

As for the Wednesday slate, Boston College hosts LSU, Clemson heads to Alabama, Georgia Tech hosts Mississippi State, Louisville travels to Arkansas, NC State heads to Auburn, SMU goes to Vanderbilt, and Virginia plays on the road at Texas.

LSU's Tiger Stadium tops the list as the best stadium atmosphere in the SEC. Neyland Stadium (Tennessee) and Kyle Field (Texas A&M) rank second and third, respectively, for their electric gameday environments.
