Burlingame Police said the two children were on the sidewalk in front of a business when they were hit by a vehicle.

A 19-year-old woman from San Mateo driving a sedan struck the two children on a sidewalk in downtown Burlingame at about 6:25 p.m. on Friday night in front of a restaurant in the 1200 block of Donnelly Avenue, Burlingame police said in a news release Friday.
