JetBlue Airways said on Wednesday it expects a smaller-than-expected drop in its 2024 revenue as domestic travel demand rebounded following the U.S. presidential election. Shares of the carrier were up as much as 10% in morning trading.

JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ:JBLU) raised its outlook for the current quarter and full year as strong booking performance following the presidential election exceeded expectations, allowing the carrier to “rapidly execute” its JetForward strategy.

The low-cost carrier said it expected less of an impact to its revenue after bookings for November and December beat prior projections.
