With one game left in the regular season, Texas (10-1, 6-1) remains atop the SEC standings and in control of its own fate as a handful of teams look to secure the two spots in the conference's championship game.

The Longhorns can earn a berth in the SEC title game when they face No. 15 Texas A&M next week as that rivalry resumes after a 12-year break.

Offensively, the Longhorns were mostly led by their running game, garnering over 250 yards on the ground. Quintrevion Wisner led the way with an astounding 158 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries. Jaydon Blue was also impressive, tallying 96 yards on 15 carries, despite losing a fumble in the third quarter.

The Texas Longhorns led the Kentucky Wildcats 24-7 at halftime in Austin Saturday thanks to two first-half touchdown grabs from tight end Gunnar Helm. Helm had three grabs for 34 yards and the two scores.
