The two teens, aged 15 and 16, are being held on murder and robbery charges following the tragic death of Jonathan Trent in Portland, Oregon, on January 13.
No one from the family of Trent was in attendance. Police say Trent had made a quick stop at the Fred Meyer at 1111 N.E. 102nd Avenue, in the Hazelwood neighborhood, when he saw the woman being robbed, tried to help and was fatally shot around 4 p.m.
