COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a house fire in North Linden ... Officials did not identify the victim. Two dogs were rescued from the building.

The charity said, on Monday, that three dogs were found in a layby at the end of January. That followed the discovery of two dead dogs in undergrowth next to the same layby in September 2024.

They found dog feces covering the floor of the house and wrote that Giello-Turner was using a snow shovel to clear a path for walking. Troopers also found a dead dog being stored in a freezer.
