The HBO Harry Potter TV series reboot is officially confirmed and aiming for a 2026 debut — the 7-season show will be executive produced by J.K. Rowling.

Production for HBO's "Harry Potter" series began on July 14, 2025, at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK, according to a press release. The series is set to debut in 2027 on HBO and HBO Max.
