From those talks, the Las Vegas Raiders and the New York Giants have both emerged as teams looking to acquire the Super Bowl-winning quarterback, team sources said Wednesday.

According to The Athletic, the Giants met with the 37-year-old quarterback’s agent in Indianapolis Tuesday about a potential trade/new contract. This comes amid rampant speculation that the Rams would trade away the Super Bowl LVI champion. The Raiders — namely part-owner Tom Brady — also met with Stafford, according to reports.

The Rams have given Stafford permission to speak with other teams and assess his value before they determine how they will proceed. He is due to make $26 million this season.
