Baldoni’s amended lawsuit alleges that metadata shows the New York Times began preparing its article weeks before Lively filed her formal complaint.

This news comes with an update to what we know about A Simple Favor 2, as the Amazon original film has now been announced for a May 1st streaming launch. To kick that off, Blake Lively and several of her film series cohorts will be taking the show on the road to this year’s SXSW, for a March 1st premiere.

Actor Justin Baldoni has uploaded all of his texts with actress Blake Lively as part of the bitter lawsuit and counter lawsuit between them. Newsweek sought email comment from Baldoni and Lively's legal teams on Tuesday.
