BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WBAY) - The Beaver Dam Police Chief told Action 2 News that 40-year-old Gary F. Day may be changing the license plates on his car to avoid detection. Day is believed to be with Sophia Franklin, a teenage girl who is the subject of an Amber Alert.
