The 6-foot-7 Jones has been potent since his first promotion to Triple-A. In 19 games with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Jones has 13 home runs and is hitting .400. His trade availability is unclear. Some reports indicate it'd take a gigantic haul, while others suggest Jones very well could be moved for a more reasonable MLB option.

Spencer Jones is making it harder and harder every day for the Yankees to leave him in Triple-A. In his first three at bats Thursday, Jones slugged three straight home runs, making it 13 homers in 19 games at the Triple-A level.

New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge went on the injured list with a flexor strain in his right elbow, but a scan showed no damage to the ulnar collateral ligament of the two-time AL MVP
