Tottenham's James Maddison might not miss any time, manager Ange Postecoglou has suggested, despite the midfielder being forced off through injury on Thursday.

Maddison went down in the 38th minute of Spurs’ 1-0 victory (3-2 on aggregate) in Germany, following a collision with Santos which saw the visitors awarded a penalty. The midfielder attempted to run onto a long ball by Cristian Romero, when the onrushing goalkeeper mistimed his challenge, his torso clashing with the head of Maddison.

Ange Postecoglou has confirmed James Maddison is "fine" after being forced off in Tottenham's Europa League win against Eintracht Frankfurt. The Spurs playmaker won a penalty in the first half after he was clattered by Kaua Santos following a ball over the top by Cristian Romero.
