Brewers' latest update on Jackson Chourio's hamstring injury doesn't sound optimistic
WASHINGTON — The news on Jackson Chourio isn't getting any better. Milwaukee Brewers manager Pat Murphy spoke about his star 21-year-old outfielder before his team's series opener at Nationals Park on August 1, where Chourio was notably absent as he landed on the 10-day injured list with a strained right hamstring.
There was initially hope that Jackson Chourio could power through his hamstring injury, but the Brewers' star will instead be out for at least another week.
The Brewers take their National League-best record to the nation's capital for a weekend series against the Nationals.
