The 2019 suicide of disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in a New York jail cell generated conspiracy theories that he was killed by one of his famous connections.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis issued a memorandum prohibiting the Department of Homeland Security from “taking Abrego Garcia into immediate ICE custody in Tennessee.” The judge added that Abrego Garcia must be restored to his ICE Order of Supervision in Baltimore.

The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that Attorney General Pam Bondi informed Trump in May that his name was included in the Epstein files related to the sex trafficking case. The revelation comes after weeks of speculation surrounding the files as Trump has repeatedly tried to distract MAGA from the Epstein case.

Trump on Friday did not rule out a possible pardon for Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence after being convicted of helping disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse underage girls. He told reporters that he hasn’t “thought about” pardoning Maxwell, but noted he is “allowed” to do it.
