Knowles has reportedly agreed to become the new defensive coordinator for James Franklin at Penn State. OU football radio play-by-play man Toby Rowland, who also works for KWTV in Oklahoma City, first reported Knowles to State College on Sunday, with Yahoo Sports and ESPN confirming.
