A Waterloo City Council Member says she is not stepping down after being charged with theft. Police say Nia Wilder stole from a Walmart in Des Moines on Friday. According to the police report, Nia removed items from shelves in the store and scanned them on the Walmart Plus Membership App while still in the store.
