Xiaomi finally launched India’s first Snapdragon 4 Gen 2-powered smartphone, the Redmi A4 5G. The smartphone has been announced in the budget segment with a starting price of just Rs.8,499. Xiamai has been teasing the smartphone for a very long time and it also showcased the design at IMC 2024.

Redmi’s product page reveals that the Redmi A4 5G supports only SA (Standalone) 5G networks and lacks compatibility with NSA (Non-Standalone) networks.

Xiaomi launches Redmi A4 5G in India with Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 processor, 6.88-inch HD+ display, and a 5160mAh battery. Available in two colors and storage options starting at Rs.8499.

Xiaomi on November 20 launched its entry-level smartphone, the Redmi A4 5G in India with some unique offerings. The smartphone is powered by the latest budget range processor, the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 which was launched earlier this year.

The Redmi A4 5G is priced in India at Rs 8,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model is available for Rs 9,499.
