Sick New World is getting canceled just weeks after announcing an impressive lineup that included Linkin Park and Metallica as headliners. The festival shared the unfortunate news on its official website.

The Sick New World Festival will not be taking place next year after all. Organizers issued a statement revealing the cancelation of the event for 2025, citing "unforeseen circumstances" in their ability to put the show on in Las Vegas next spring. The full statement can be viewed below:

The 2025 edition of the Sick New World festival has been cancelled, with organisers citing "unforeseen circumstances". The event was scheduled for 12 April, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. and was due to be headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park.

Sadly, another music festival bites the dust. If you were looking forward to catching Sick New World 2025, you’re out of luck. Yesterday (November 29), Sick New World organizers announced that the event scheduled for next year has officially been canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances” with a post on Instagram (viewable here ).
